Roles & Responsibilities:

• Brand and Supplier Management:
\n
• Select and onboard brand partners and manage relationships with suppliers.
\n
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
\n
• Product Sourcing and Assortment:
\n
• Source products from suppliers and manage the end-to-end buying process.
\n
• Oversee offers, and promotions to enhance product offerings.
\n
• Commercial and Buying Management:
\n
• Handle all commercial aspects including pricing, profitability, and margin management.
\n
• Monitor and manage P&L for the category to ensure financial targets are met.
\n
• Store Launches and Merchandising:
\n
• Ensure smooth product launches and store openings.
\n
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effective in-store presentation and displays.
\n
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
\n
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform category strategy.
\n
• Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and performance.
\n
• Performance Monitoring:
\n
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the category.
\n
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
