Head - Renewable Product Delivery
Job Description
Objective:
\nThe Head Renewable Product Delivery will lead end-to-end execution, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance of renewable software products within the Renewable Plant Automation & Control domain.
\nThis role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment of renewable plant software systems across multiple geographies, including India, Middle East (ME), and CIS countries. The position requires strong expertise in renewable energy components, industrial control systems, verification & validation processes, and commissioning standards to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely project execution.
\nRequired Qualifications
\nBachelor s or master s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related field.
\n8+ years of experience in renewable energy software product installation, commissioning, and delivery.
\n10+ years of experience in leadership position.
\nProven experience handling renewable plant automation projects across multiple geographies.
\nStrong hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, UAT, and commissioning processes.
\nTechnical Expertise
\nRenewable plant control systems and SCADA platforms
\nEnergy Storage Systems (ESS/BESS) integration
\nInverter and battery system integration
\nIndustrial control systems (PLC, RTU, DCS)
\nCommunication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC, DNP3)
\nGrid code compliance and plant synchronization
\nCybersecurity in industrial systems
\nPreferred Experience
\nExperience working across India, Middle East, and CIS renewable markets.
\nExposure to hybrid renewable plants (Solar + Wind + Storage).
\nExperience in utility-scale projects.
\nKnowledge of international industrial standards and grid compliance requirementsp
