Finance Senior Manager, India
Job Description
As Senior Finance Manager, India , you will oversee and manage all accounting matters, whilst ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will be the finance team leader and a key person in India wide projects as well as instrumental in helping to facilitate a streamlined accounting close cycle.
\nWhat will you do ?
\n- Oversee the monthly US GAAP financial close processes, Month-end accounting close responsibilities, review of flux analysis and accounts reconciliation. \n
- Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices and optimal output. \n
- Join monthly leadership meeting as the Finance leader, serve as a key contact for cross function communication and cooperation. \n
- Oversee the external audit, review and analyze results, and recommend for approval the audited financial statements. \n
- Develop and oversee the internal control process to ensure that finance and operations controls and policies are complied with SOX and local regulation requirements. Ensure effective follow-up processes are in place. \n
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support, and set professional development plans to assist employees in reaching their full potential through the performance management process. \n
- Ensure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business. \n
- Providing and interpreting financial information, Support the annual budgeting process. \n
- Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis expertise to business partners in required. \n
- Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals. \n
- Perform other related duties as required, like local signer for banks, acquisition support, etc. \n

- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or SOX are highly valued. \n
- Manufacturing sector background highly valued. \n
- Good English skills both written & verbal \n
- Familiar with ERP Systems and office applications. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. \n
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication and interpersonal skills. \n
