- Lead the HR function for a leading GCC in Ahmedabad \n
- Be part of a global player with a strong presence in India \n\n
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. \n
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to build a strong workforce. \n
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. \n
- Design and execute performance management systems to enhance employee engagement. \n
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR practices. \n
- Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organisational changes. \n
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable work environment. \n
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with GCCs \n
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes effectively. \n
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. \n
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. \n
- Ability to drive change and implement innovative HR strategies. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
