\nRole Summary:
\nWe're looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager with a proven track record in enterprise sales, client acquisition (hunting), and strategic account management (farming). In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business across mid to large-sized enterprises while also nurturing and expanding existing high-value relationships.
\nYou'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a strategic advisor for Easebuzz's digital payment and banking solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nNew Business Development (Hunting):
\nIdentify and acquire high-potential enterprise and mid-market clients in target verticals. Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closure. Build a strong sales pipeline using both outbound and inbound strategies.
\nPartner with internal teams (Product, Pre-sales, Legal, Tech) to craft client-specific solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new revenue streams.
\nAccount Management & Growth (Farming):
\nDevelop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within existing accounts. Deeply understand client business models to propose relevant Easebuzz products. Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
\nMonitor account health, ensure high product adoption, and proactively solve issues in collaboration with support and tech teams.
\nConduct regular reviews (QBRs) to showcase value delivered and align on future goals.
\nDesired Profile:
\n5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales/account management—preferably in Fintech, SaaS, API products, or Payment Solutions.
\nDemonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and close complex, consultative deals. Strong understanding of digital payments, API banking, and the financial technology ecosystem. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
\nHands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
\nEducational Qualifications:
\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
\nMBA is a plus.
