GCC Sales Head
Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished GCC Sales to lead strategic sales and business development efforts across the rapidly expanding Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem.
\nThe role will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with GCCs across Telecom and Media & Entertainment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling large-scale technology, digital transformation, engineering, AI, cloud, and managed services solutions to GCC organizations and their global stakeholders.
\nBuild and execute a comprehensive GCC growth strategy focused on new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
\nIdentify and pursue opportunities across India-based GCCs and their global parent organizations.
\nDevelop executive relationships within GCC leadership teams and global headquarters.
\nOwn annual booking, revenue, and pipeline targets.
New Logo Acquisition \nEstablish a strong presence across emerging and established GCCs.
\nLead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure.
\nBuild a robust pipeline of opportunities across target industries.
Strategic Account Management \nDevelop multi-year account growth plans for strategic GCC clients.
\nExpand relationships beyond procurement into business, technology, and transformation stakeholders.
GCC Advisory & Consultative Selling \nUnderstand GCC operating models, maturity stages, and transformation priorities.
\nPosition the organization as a strategic partner supporting:
\n. GCC setup and scale-up initiatives
\n. AI transformation programs
\n. Product engineering and innovation
\n. Talent and capability building
\nEngage clients in conversations around operating model optimization, productivity, automation, and business outcomes.
Skills Required \nThe ideal candidate should have strong GCC sales experience with a proven ability to acquire new logos, grow strategic accounts, and build executive-level relationships within Global Capability Centers.
\nThey should possess expertise in enterprise sales, business development, consultative selling, solution selling, account mining, and revenue growth management , along with the ability to lead complex deal pursuits and commercial negotiations.
\nThe candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in CXO stakeholder management, strategic planning, market development, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, consulting, delivery, and alliances teams.
\nA solid understanding of AI & GenAI, cloud services, digital transformation, data & analytics, product engineering, managed services, and enterprise technology solutions is highly desirable.
\nAdditionally, the individual should have excellent communication, presentation, business consulting, financial acumen, competitive intelligence, contract management, problem-solving, and leadership skills , with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to GCC leadership teams and global stakeholders.
