Electrical Manintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities during the shift.
\n
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues in electrical panels, motors, control circuits, PLCs, and instrumentation.
\n
• Attend to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
\n
• Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
\n
• Maintain records of shift activities, breakdowns, spares usage, and manpower deployment.
\n
• Ensure availability of critical spares and escalate requirements.
\n
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams.
\n
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety practices and statutory regulations.
\n
• Train and guide electricians and contract manpower.
\n
• Support energy conservation, safety audits, and improvement initiatives.
