Director Zero Trust Network

Lead the development and execute a comprehensive Zero Trust strategy aligned with GSK s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
\n Lead the continual design, implementation, and maintenance of Zero Trust architecture, including tightening of identity and access management, network segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
\n Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and business units to develop and champion the Zero Trust roadmap to senior stakeholders
\n Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures related to Zero Trust security.
\n Continually monitor and align GSK with industry best practices as the technology matures.
\n Oversee the integration of security technologies, such as multi-factor authentication, encryption, and endpoint detection and response.
\n Support incident response efforts and manage security incidents to minimize impact and ensure timely recovery.
\n Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Zero Trust framework, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
\n Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement through training and awareness programs.
