Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end HR Operations at scale \n
- Work with a global player with strong India presence \n\n
- Lead end‑to‑end HR Operations across multi‑site locations. \n
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding → HRIS updates → exits → FnF. \n
- Ensure strict SLA/TAT adherence and high‑quality employee service delivery. \n
- Own HRIS (Darwinbox) configuration, data governance, reporting, and dashboards. \n
- Oversee monthly payroll accuracy, compensation cycles and benefits administration. \n
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance and audit‑ready processes across all sites. \n
- Drive strong internal controls, SOPs and continuous process improvements. \n
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR Ops team, manage key HR vendors effectively. \n\n
- A seasoned HR Operations leader with 10-15 years of experience managing large, multi‑site workforces (2,000-3,000 employees) in BPO/BPM/IT/ITeS/Healthcare RCM environments. \n
- Someone with deep expertise in payroll, HRIS (especially Darwinbox), statutory compliance and data governance, who can deliver flawless operational execution with strong SLA discipline.
