\n\nLead end-to-end ecommerce marketing strategy for the US market across SEO, Email/SMS, marketplaces, and paid and coach a multi-channel team, ensuring high-quality execution and performance lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat revenue.Partner closely with US-based stakeholders to align on brand, merchandising, and growth priorities.Oversee agencies and external partners, holding them accountable for performance data and analytics to identify insights, prioritize initiatives, and continuously optimize channel performance.
\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\n8-10+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience with proven US D2C exposure for physical consumer hands-on expertise in Email & SMS lifecycle marketing, supported by solid SEO and marketplace knowledge.Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams of 3+ specialists across multiple channels.Confident communicator with experience working with US stakeholders and navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
