Job Description
- Lead HR for a scaling India COE. \n
- Drive people strategy with direct business impact. \n\n
- Our client is a global SaaS organization that enables enterprises to manage and execute large‑scale strategic initiatives with greater efficiency. \n
- It is is expanding its India Centre of Excellence to support a rapidly growing customer base. \n\n
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for the India Centre of Excellence \n
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with Indian labour laws and global HR standards. \n
- Lead performance management, compensation cycles, payroll coordination and manager coaching. \n
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring and scaling the India COE. \n
- Drive employee relations, compliance, engagement and culture‑building initiatives. \n\n
- The successful candidate will come in with minimum 8-10 years of well‑rounded HR experience, ideally from the tech, SaaS, GCC or broader technology‑driven industry.
\n - He/She will have hands‑on expertise in HR operations, policies, compliance, performance management and partnering with leadership in a scaling, global environment.
