- 6+ years in woven garment/apparel sourcing \n
- Experience in managing vendors, delivery, samples and procurement \n\n
- Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors for garment woven products \n
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining quality and delivery timelines \n
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications \n
- Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and pricing in the apparel industry \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals \n
- Maintain accurate documentation related to procurement and supplier contracts \n
- Optimise the supply chain process to reduce costs and improve efficiency \n
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sourcing activities \n\n
- Educational background in procurement, supply chain management \n
- Prior experience in woven sourcing or procurement, preferably within the apparel industry \n
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills \n
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards for wovens \n
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools \n
- Ability to analyse market trends and make informed purchasing decisions \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills \n
