Job Overview

\n

We're looking for a Senior Finance Associate to join Atomgrid — a fast-growing, VC-backed

\n

startup transforming the specialty chemicals space.

\n

This role will be part of the core finance team, focused on accounting operations, financial

\n

controls, compliance, and maintaining strong finance processes in a fast-paced startup

\n

environment.

\n

Key Requirements

\n

%CF; 2–5 years of experience in accounting / finance operations

\n

%CF; Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on ERP experience

\n

%CF; Experience in bank entries, payment entries, journal entries, and bill booking

\n

%CF; Good understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger scrutiny

\n

%CF; Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PTAX, and related statutory compliances

\n

%CF; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP will be an added advantage

\n

%CF; Exposure to import-export / cross-border transactions is a plus

\n

%CF; High ownership mindset and ability to work independently

\n

Skills and Responsibilities

\n

%CF; Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations

\n

%CF; Maintain accurate books in ERP and ensure financial hygiene

\n

%CF; Handle domestic & international payments and bank reconciliations

\n

%CF; Manage vendor invoices, customer invoicing, and ledger reconciliations

\n

%CF; Ensure timely statutory compliance and support monthly closures

\n

%CF; Maintain audit-ready books and coordinate with auditors/consultants

\n
