- Lead and motivate diverse project teams, instilling accountability and ownership \n
- Manage change readiness and stakeholder communication across global teams \n
- Identify and resolve risks early, ensuring uninterrupted programme delivery \n
- Build internal capability and promote modern delivery methodologies \n
- Maintain full visibility through structured reporting, dashboards, and governance frameworks \n\n
- Global SD‑WAN deployments & ISP consolidation \n
- Network segmentation & security zones \n
- Hybrid cloud network transformation (Azure / AWS / OCI) \n
- Network governance, NPM/APM \n
- Cloud connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute) \n
- High‑availability design models \n
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 highly preferred

\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful Programme Manager - Networks should have:
\n Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
\n 12-15+ years in IT, including 9-11 years leading complex multinational network or infrastructure programmes
\n Hands‑on experience in:
\n Strong technical grounding in:
\n Deep understanding of IT Governance, Waterfall & Agile methodologies
\n Experience with frameworks: ITIL, COBIT
\n Strong communication, leadership, negotiation & conflict‑resolution skills
\n Expertise with project management tools
