This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability

\n

research, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a comprehensive

\n

understanding of current sustainability challenges and solutions.

\n

\n

Exposure & Responsibilities:

\n

\n

Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data

\n

related to various sustainability metrics, including environmental performance

\n

(e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, waste generation), social impact (e.g.,

\n

labor practices, community engagement), and governance structures.

\n

Literature Reviews: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on emerging

\n

sustainability trends, regulations, best practices, and industry-specific

\n

sustainability challenges.

\n

Report Generation: Support the creation of research reports, presentations, and

\n

internal memos by summarizing findings, preparing charts and graphs, and

\n

contributing to written content.

\n

Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking our organization or specific projects

\n

against industry sustainability standards and best practices.

\n

Project Support: Provide general administrative and research support to the

\n

sustainability team on various ongoing projects.

\n

Stakeholder Engagement : Potentially assist in preparing materials for

\n

stakeholder engagement on sustainability initiatives.

\n

Innovation Scouting : Research new sustainable technologies, methodologies,

\n

and innovative solutions relevant to our industry.

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in

\n

Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Public Policy,

\n

Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

\n

Demonstrated interest in sustainability, ESG, and environmental issues.

\n

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

\n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

\n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

\n

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\n

Attention to detail and accuracy.

\n

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

\n

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

\n

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

\n

Basic understanding of statistical analysis.

\n

Experience with survey design or qualitative research methods.

\n
