\nQualification : B.E Civil or Electrical & MBA Marketing
\nResponsibility :

- Should have the experience of Project Management Consultancy business \n
- development in core sectors such as Construction Projects and Infrastructures \n
- developments. \n
- Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies \n
- preferable in Real estate constructions. \n
- This includes the commercial activities such as Market Surveys, support to network. \n
- Supports in building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing \n
- business relationships \n
- Support in Business Development for all product portfolios for Projects \n
- Infrastructures and Projects (Residential ,Commercial, Airports, Industrial projects & \n
- Ware houses) \n
- Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, \n
- offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review. \n
- Manage and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Business Head \n
- Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base. \n
- Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders. \n
- Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, \n
- offers & tenders. \n
- Visiting prospective clients to present the services and to identify the client need \n
- Follow up actions and keeping the respective division \n
- heads in communication loop. \n
- Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, \n
- service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. \n
- Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, \n
- seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization \n
- and services. \n
- Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of \n
- expertise, work, common clients and other references. \n
