Job Description
- Constructed Traction Sub Station, Sub Section Posts. \n
- Had responsibilities like Resource management, sub-contractor management, and site management \n
- Coordinate work execution and client certification \n
- Always ensured safe working practices and adhered to company guidelines. \n
- Worked to please the client and aimed to achieve 100% client satisfaction. \n
- Executing & Supervision of Building Construction, Concreting, Piling, Excavation, Backfilling, Plastering, Brick work Masonry, Conducting Survey, Levelling, Road Works, Drain, Trench etc. \n
- Prepare construction method statements, work methods and Obtain approval for the methods. \n
- Prepare the theoretical cycle time for the activities. \n
- Conduct S/C workmen training & trade test and conduct regular pep talk at site for quality & safety. \n
- Execute work as per approved method statements / work methods. \n
- Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality & safety. \n
- Prepare schedule of materials/ plant requirement. \n
- Prepare S/c & client measurements on time. \n
- Reconciliation of Materials.
