About our client
\nOur client is a US based company that provides corporate, legal, and tax services.
\nJob Title: Associate Client Legal Administrator
\nLocation: Bangalore
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Handling corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies \n
- Organizing board meetings and preparing board packs \n
- Preparing documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, liquidations, striking off, etc. \n
- Setting up bank accounts for clients \n
- Assisting with statutory and compliance obligations \n
Essential Requirements:
\nExperience : 1-3 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience
\nQualified/Semi Qualified CS (Company Secretary)
\nWe are also open to considering candidates with an LLB degree who have worked in corporate secretarial activities and have experience in handling cosec related work.
\nThe ideal candidate should have a mix of legal and cosec experience, and should not be limited to only in-house counselling work.
\nDesirable Skills:

- Experience working with corporate laws and regulations \n
- Knowledge of company secretarial practices and procedures \n
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
