- 8-10 years of experience within HR \n
- A strong academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related field. \n
- 2-3 years of proven expertise in HR operations and data analytics \n
- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and platforms. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \n
- A detail-oriented approach to managing data and processes. \n
