    The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience within HR

  • A strong academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven expertise in HR operations and data analytics

  • Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and platforms.
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • A detail-oriented approach to managing data and processes.
