    Our client, a rapidly scaling IT Services organisation with a global workforce of 3000+ employees, is seeking a highly strategic UK, EU & Ireland Talent Lead. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines Talent Acquisition and Resource Management, driving the full talent lifecycle across global delivery hubs.

    Based in Chennai, you will lead the end-to-end talent charter for the UK, EU and Ireland regions, covering SAP and non-SAP mandates-from niche technical hiring to volume, mid-level, and leadership hiring. In addition, you will manage workforce allocation, utilization, and deployment across India, the Philippines, the UK, Ireland, Germany, and broader EU markets .

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy

    \n
  • Lead full-cycle hiring for SAP (Functional, Technical, Architects, Consultants) and Non-SAP roles across global programs.
  • \n
  • Build scalable recruitment strategies aligned with regional growth, cost frameworks, and delivery timelines.
  • \n
  • Drive high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring, including onshore UK talent and German market expansion.
  • \n
  • Develop long-term capability plans, talent pipelines, and succession frameworks.
  • \n



    \n Resource Management & Deployment

    \n
  • Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, allocation, and bench optimization.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with delivery heads to ensure high utilization and timely redeployment across 700-800 delivery resources.
  • \n
  • Enable fast, data-backed decision-making for hiring, release, and internal movement.
  • \n



    \n Stakeholder & Regional Management

    \n
  • Serve as the primary liaison for UK, EU & Ireland stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment across global delivery teams.
  • \n
  • Manage onboarding, compliance, and workforce engagement for onshore nationals across UK/EU/Ireland.
  • \n
  • Partner with business, HR, and revenue teams on workforce planning, including new market setups such as Germany.
  • \n



    \n Operations, Process & Automation

    \n
  • Standardize processes across hiring, onboarding, deployment, utilization, and exit management.
  • \n
  • Implement automation tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled hiring systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Govern SLAs, KPIs, hiring velocity, workforce costs, and utilization analytics.
  • \n



    \n Compliance & Governance

    \n
  • Ensure adherence to UK, EU & Ireland employment norms and organizational governance standards.
  • \n
  • Maintain audit-compliant documentation for regional hiring and workforce processes.
  • \n

    \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    Experience in 12-18 yrs of experience recruitment in IT Services, global workforce models, or shared services.

    \n Previous experience in IT services is Mandatory

    \n Exposure to talent management across India, UK, EU, Ireland.

    \n Must be based out of Chennai/ Must be willing to relocate.
