  • Build and position the organisation as an employer of choice through branding and EVP initiatives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on talent trends and hiring strategies.

  • Partner closely with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure competitive offers and workforce alignment.

    \n Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvements across TA processes to enhance quality, agility, and candidate experience.

  • Champion innovative sourcing methodologies and tools.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with India and relevant EMEA market regulations.

    \n Data & Analytics

    \n
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • \n
  • Present regular insights and recruitment performance updates to leadership.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
  • \n
  • Proven success hiring technical and senior leadership talent within global organisations.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting rapid scaling and transformation environments.
  • \n
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to Workday ATS.
  • \n
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced settings and collaborate across global time zones.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of local labour markets and compliance.
  • \n
  • A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
