Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
\n
• Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices in design, scalability, and security.
\n
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable architecture patterns.
\n
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and code quality across the team.
\n
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance and scalability issues, driving continuous system improvement.
\n
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that encourages innovation and professional growth within the team.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
