Job Description
Key responsibilities:
\nThe incumbent will be responsible for overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management &
\nNPS, and quality of the project. The Project director would be required to manage a cross-functional team &
\nmust be well versed with the overall value chain in the Real Estate Industry (Land Acquisition to Project
\nDelivery)
\nP&L Ownership
\nAsset Management - to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns
\nAOP Planning - to preserve business plan
\nDay to day management of the site.
\nExecution of project as per Business Plan
\nRisk Management
\nFlagging & resolving risks to project returns during Pre-Construction Phase & Under Construction stage
\nTo evaluate and provide mitigation mechanism and proactively highlighting critical risks and proposing
\nrecommendation/options to the management for way forward.
\nPeople
\nDefines and sets work objectives/Goals for team members in line with the AOP
\nReviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
\nCompletes performance appraisals & people related processes of team
\nCarries out team building & engagement activities
\nProcess Adherence & Improvement
\nIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement. Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity Undertakes
\nprocess improvement activities in own work area
\nComplies with company defined guidelines and processes
\nAdheres to project timelines
\nWho are we looking for?
\nQualification
\nPost-Graduation from Premier B-School
\nChartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst
\nExperience:
\nAt least 7- 10 years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry
