UX Designer (Contract)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Contract Role: 6 Months ( Third Party Payroll) (Extended)

Location : Bangalore

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design
\n
• Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, or Digital Design
\n
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital applications
\n
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys
\n
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries)
\n
• Create information architecture (site maps, navigation flows, content hierarchy)
\n
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups
\n
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
\n
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
\n
• Advocate for user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle
\n
• Work closely with developers for feasible and consistent implementation
\n
• Use analytics and feedback for continuous UX improvements
\n
• Hands-on with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure
\n
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
\n
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics
\n
