Role Objective
\nWe are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment for our Mass Affluent segment. This segment is high-stakes and high-touch, requiring candidates who possess a unique blend of financial acumen and relationship management skills. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent—ranging from Relationship Managers to Business Support hiring.
\nKey Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding. \n
- Sourcing: Utilize specialized channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards, and headhunting) to find candidates with specific experience in Mutual Funds/ AIF/PMS/ Insurance/ MLDs/ Unlisted Products/ Bonds. \n
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business Heads and respective HODs to understand hiring forecasts and technical requirements for the Mass Affluent market. \n
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, professional recruitment process that reflects our brand's premium standing. \n
Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in HR is preferred). \n
- Experience: 2-3 years of core recruitment experience, specifically within Mass Affluent segment. \n
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial products and the specific competencies required for sales and relationship roles in banking. \n
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (necessary for engaging with candidates. \n
