Job Description
- Global Head of Tax for a listed, fast-growing mid-sized Indian tech services MNC \n
- High visibility with exposure to key global stakeholders \n\n
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. \n
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. \n
- Provide guidance on tax implications for business operations and transactions. \n
- Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as required. \n
- Identify opportunities for tax savings and implement cost-effective tax planning strategies. \n
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure alignment with industry standards. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. \n
- Lead and mentor the taxation team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. \n\n
- A strong Chartered Accountant or a person with equivalent degree \n
- In-depth knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations along strong understanding of US and other global taxation laws \n
- Proven expertise in taxation within the technology and tech services organisations with an overall experience of 20+ years. \n
- Experience in handling finance managers and external tax consultants and organisations. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities. \n
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
