Job Description

- Provide end‑to‑end legal support on corporate actions and transactions, with a focus on corporate finance, banking, and treasury. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, facility and loan agreements, security and collateral documents, derivative contracts, and shareholder/JV documentation. \n
- Identify and communicate legal and commercial risks to business stakeholders. \n
- Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and advise on regulatory and transaction‑related matters. \n
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business units. \n
- Support group‑level policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. \n
- Track regulatory developments and brief business teams on key legal changes. \n
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel to optimize cost and expertise. \n
- Mentor and guide junior team members. \n
- Provide expertise across Banking & Finance matters, including syndicated and bilateral financing, project finance, working capital and term loans, securitisation, structured finance, debt capital markets, ECBs/ECA‑backed financing, acquisition finance, and deal‑execution workflows. \n\n
- An LLB degree (preferably including law firm experience). \n
- Strong transactional experience in banking & finance. \n
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation abilities. \n
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. \n
- Self-motivated self-starter, capable of independently driving key legal finance workstreams. \n
- Solid understanding of contract structuring and execution. \n
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
