Job Description

- Implement and monitor company strategies related to treasury, credits, taxation, and other financial areas, ensuring compliance with economic and administrative policies \n
- Ensure availability of financial resources for the correct development and operation of the business \n
- Perform accounting tasks (general, technical, and/or consolidation), treasury operations, and budget-related activities \n
- Execute processes for accounting close, consolidation of financial statements, and preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations \n
- Provide reliable financial information that reflects the company's economic and financial position \n
- Identify monitoring and control needs and provide economic and planning information to support decision-making \n
- Prepare and deliver management control reports aligned with company policies \n
- Audit and Compliance \n
- Carry out audit-related activities, cash management, and administrative reporting \n
- Ensure compliance with the organisation's legal obligations and internal standards \n\n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the insurance sector \n
- Reinsurance knowledge \n
- Ability to manage treasury and budgeting processes \n
- Analytical skills for financial reporting and decision support \n
- High attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools \n
- Spanish language skills will be considered an asset for the role, as they may facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external partners \n
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field \n
- Previous experience in accounting, financial management, or administration \n
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards
