Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory

Certification in Quality Management / ISO / Construction Quality Control preferred
\n\n - \n
8 – 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in construction projects , preferably high-rise residential or commercial building projects

Project Site
\n\n - \n
Oversee quality control activities for assigned tower(s) at the project site.
\n - \n
Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards .
\n - \n
Monitor quality compliance across structural works, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and MEP installations .
\n\n - \n
Conduct regular quality inspections at various stages of construction .
\n - \n
Verify compliance with method statements, inspection checklists, and approved construction practices .
\n - \n
Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) .
\n\n - \n
Ensure materials used at site meet approved specifications and quality requirements .
\n - \n
Monitor material inspections, approvals, and test reports including concrete cube tests, steel tests, and other material certifications.
\n\n - \n
Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformance issues during construction activities.
\n - \n
Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.
\n - \n
Ensure timely rectification and closure of quality observations .
\n\n - \n
Work closely with civil execution teams, finishing teams, and MEP teams to ensure proper quality control.
\n - \n
Coordinate with tower incharges and engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
\n - \n
Participate in site coordination meetings related to quality matters .
\n\n - \n
Coordinate with consultants and client representatives during inspections .
\n - \n
Ensure readiness of work fronts for consultant approvals and quality checks .
\n - \n
Address consultant observations and ensure closure.
\n\n - \n
Maintain records of inspection reports, quality checklists, material approvals, and testing results .
\n - \n
Prepare quality progress reports for assigned tower(s) .
\n - \n
Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance requirements .
\n\n - \n
Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Quality Inspectors assigned to the tower(s).
\n - \n
Guide the quality team in inspection procedures and quality monitoring practices .
\n\n - \n
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and procedures
\n - \n
Experience in quality control for high-rise construction projects
\n - \n
Familiarity with inspection and testing procedures for structural and finishing works
\n - \n
Knowledge of NCR management and corrective actions
\n - \n
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction specifications
\n\n - \n
Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
\n - \n
Good coordination with execution teams and consultants
\n - \n
Strong documentation and reporting skills

Ability to enforce quality standards across construction activities

\n\nRole Overview
\n\nThe Manager – QA/QC will be responsible for monitoring and controlling quality standards for one or more towers at the construction site . The role involves ensuring that all construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards .
\nThe candidate will lead the tower-level QA/QC team and coordinate closely with civil execution teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures across structural, finishing, and MEP works.
