- Creating impact in the BPC segment, working with the co-founder directly. \n
- Taking a Shark Tank featured & funded brand from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100 \n\n
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the FMCG sector. \n
- Plan and execute campaigns for Cosmetics and Toiletries products to drive customer engagement. \n
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. \n
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. \n
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels. \n
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. \n
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities. \n
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve marketing goals in the Pune location. \n\n
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly in Cosmetics and Toiletries. \n
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign management. \n
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior. \n
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend. \n
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. \n
