\nJob Description:

- To lead a Team within the Internal Audit Department. \n
- Part of Team Handling Branch Audits. \n
- Plan and Execute the audits in accordance to Internal Audit Plan. \n
- Review the work done by the branch audit team members and guide the team accordingly. \n
- Prepare Audit Report, Liaise with department officials for Response, Track for compliance as part of Action Taken Report. \n
- Prepare the Audit Committee related papers and ensure adherence to timelines and quality. \n
- Use Data Analytics as part of Audit. \n
- Execute any other audit as assigned. \n
Key Requirements: Team Management skills, Analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Good communication & report writing skills
\nQualifications:
\n- \n
- M.com / CA Inter/ Final or related field; additional qualifications are preferred. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex audit requirements. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization. \n
- Candidate should have experience in managing bigger team / clients. \n
- Should have experience in vendor performance reviews and bring in efficiency. \n
