  • To lead a Team within the Internal Audit Department.
  • \n
  • Part of Team Handling Branch Audits.
  • \n
  • Plan and Execute the audits in accordance to Internal Audit Plan.
  • \n
  • Review the work done by the branch audit team members and guide the team accordingly.
  • \n
  • Prepare Audit Report, Liaise with department officials for Response, Track for compliance as part of Action Taken Report.
  • \n
  • Prepare the Audit Committee related papers and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
  • \n
  • Use Data Analytics as part of Audit.
  • \n
  • Execute any other audit as assigned.
  • \n

Key Requirements: Team Management skills, Analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Good communication & report writing skills

Qualifications:

\n


\n
    \n
  • M.com / CA Inter/ Final or related field; additional qualifications are preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex audit requirements.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • \n
  • Candidate should have experience in managing bigger team / clients.
  • \n
  • Should have experience in vendor performance reviews and bring in efficiency.
  • \n
