Job Description

Build consensus among swimlane members in articulating swimlane goals that have strong relevance to organizational OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
\n Orchestrate the execution of these goals through collaborative approach within and across multiple swimlanes
\n Identify and remove roadblocks that come in the way of execution without compromising on process/ product quality
\n Identify gaps within established processes and work towards improving the same
\n Raise timely alerts on Risks with detailed action plan on mitigating the same - The team's efficiency depends on your ability to identify risks on a day to day basis, look for mitigation and be a bridge with other functions on any impediments
\n Some Specifics:
\n Manufacturing Process knowhow and applicability of process documents - Process flow diagram, Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.
\n Understanding of Machine development life cycle and line commissioning process
\n Basic knowledge on Takt time and ways to improve line utilization/ throughput
\n Past experience of at least 1 new line setup/ platform launch
\n HERE S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
\n Should have good understanding of Assembly Operations preferably in a 2W/3W/4W/ EMS Industry
\n Should have worked predominantly in a factory environment
\n Should possess good organizing skills & ability to multitask in a fast moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
\n Should be a self-starter & a go-getter with high levels of ownership on closing things
\n Should be savvy with relevant tools for project management like JIRA
\n Proactive, responsive and keen on process enhancement. Proven ability to optimize execution and increase predictability of the system.
\n Excellent command over verbal and written communication
\n Keep a clear focus on details - the devil's in the detail!
\n B.E/B.Tech with a total experience of 7-11 yrs
\n MBA in Operations will be a definite plus but not mandatory
\n An ideal candidate would have prior experience of using Agile/Scrum methodologies to execute high impact, complex projects across multiple teams
