Job Description

- Support the sales team in distributor selection, territory allocation, and related administrative processes. \n
- Lead annual distributor evaluation and onboarding/renewal activities. \n
- Coordinate the communication and sign‑off of annual distributor authorizations. \n
- Drive distributor audit initiatives and foster continuous performance improvement. \n
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to mitigate risks and enhance service quality. \n
- Manage distributor communication, including issue resolution. \n
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of secondary sales data. \n
- Organize and deliver training programs for distributors covering policies, processes, best practices, and product knowledge. \n
- Lead projects initiated by corporate or regional teams within commercial operations. \n
- Identify and monitor factors that may impact project outcomes. \n
- Ensure all components required for project success are defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle. \n
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. \n
- Manage business databases, including customer and sales information, by collaborating closely with internal and external partners. \n
- Prepare monthly and quarterly distribution performance reports. \n
- Maintain distributor quality systems and track performance metrics. \n
- Promote optimum utilization of business systems across teams to enhance commercial effectiveness. \n
- Identify and implement improvements to ensure systems continue to meet evolving business needs. \n
- Lead commercial planning activities through coordination with sales, marketing, and distributor partners. \n
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to manage expectations related to distributor performance and communicate updates proactively. \n
- Ensure all commercial processes follow corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements. \n
- Serve as the local facilitator for Sales Best Practices. \n
- Manage and motivate team members. \n
- Perform additional tasks as defined by company procedures or assigned by the supervisor. \n\n
- Experience in microbiology labs, diagnostics, or medical device industries. \n
- Strong understanding of customer needs, business goals, and strategic drivers. \n
- Expertise in process analysis, continuous improvement, and change management. \n
- Proven leadership skills to manage internal teams and external distributor networks. \n
- Strong understanding of cost structures and revenue drivers. \n
- High analytical capability and business acumen. \n
- Detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure. \n
- Experience working in ERP environments, preferably SAP. \n
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop a team of energetic professionals.
