- Provide proactive, in-depth, legal, business-focused advice to the business, balancing commercial needs and legal risks. \n
- High Competence on Project Financing Matters and complex EPC contracts. \n
- Ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure. \n
- Manage the company's legal function and oversee the work of team members. \n
- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas. \n
- Create relations of trust with key partners and stakeholders. \n
- Deliver high-quality legal advice in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, Infra Sector and Manufacturing sector \n
- Develop and lead the legal team. \n\n
- Proven experience as a legal counsel in the desired industries of Energy and Power, Infrastructure, EPC. \n
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation \n
- Knowledge of corporate law and legal issues related to the regulated sectors \n
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas \n
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills \n
- Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks
