Job Title: Aftermarket Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end aftermarket operations including service, spares, AMC/CMC contracts, retrofits, and upgrades.
\n
• Ensure timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support of industrial machinery at customer sites.
\n
• Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through spares sales, service contracts, consumables, and modernization solutions.
\n
• Coordinate with service engineers , application teams, and logistics for effective field support.
\n
• Build strong customer relationships , handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
\n
• Plan and track preventive maintenance schedules and service KPIs (MTTR, uptime, response time).
\n
• Work closely with sales teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the installed base.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of installed machines, service history, spares consumption, and warranty claims.
\n
• Support training programs for customers and internal service engineers.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality processes, and company policies .
\n
