Job Description

- Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities related to the industry. \n
- Oversee compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations \n
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to protect the company's interests. \n
- Lead dispute resolution and litigation efforts while working with external legal counsel when required. \n
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and innovation. \n\n
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience \n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance. \n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a legal team. \n
- Experience in managing high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution. \n
- The ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and external counsel.
