We are looking for a strategic Digital Transformation Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide digital evolution for clients in the Energy , Oil & Gas, and Chemical sectors . In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional industrial operations and cutting-edge digital technologies, leading high-impact initiatives across cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and IT-OT convergence.

Location: Bangalore / Vadodara (Work from Office)

• Strategic Delivery: Oversee complex, multi-million dollar digital roadmaps, balancing Agile agility with Waterfall predictability in safety-critical environments.

• IT-OT Integration: Champion the seamless integration of enterprise IT systems (ERP, Asset Management) with plant floor Operational Technology (SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT, Digital Twins).

• Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and plant leadership, translating complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes.

• Growth & Innovation: Partner with pre-sales and account teams to shape RFPs, architect digital solutions, and identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
