- End-to-end transaction management \n
- Financial modelling \n
- Deal structuring (commercial, tax, regulatory, legal, etc.) \n
- Working closely with investment bankers, tax / legal / other advisors \n
- Term sheet preparation & discussion \n
- Review of transaction documents (thorough commercial risk analysis) \n
- Negotiation & finalization of documents \n
- Deal Closing \n
