Role Summary: Looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Pre-Sales Leader to join a team. In this pivotal role, you will lead AI solution engagements with enterprise clients, driving business growth by bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world business needs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of influencing high-value enterprise deals, shaping client conversations, and creating compelling, AI-driven differentiators within an IT services organization. \n


Key Responsibilities \n
    \n
  • Pre-Sales Strategy : Lead the AI pre-sales function from opportunity identification to solutioning and proposal development.
  • \n
  • Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor, build CXO-level relationships, and customize solutions for key sectors (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.).
  • \n
  • Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable AI/ML architectures and drive proposal creation.
  • \n
  • Team Leadership : Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing AI pre-sales team.
  • \n
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of AI market trends to differentiate the company s value proposition.
  • \n
Qualifications \n
    \n
  • Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
  • \n
  • 10+ years in AI/ML roles, with 4-5+ years in pre-sales or consulting.
  • \n
  • Proven success designing and pitching AI-led solutions to enterprise clients.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • \n
Preferred Skills \n
    \n
  • Experience in Indian IT services or global consulting.
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific AI use cases.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with pricing models and deal structuring.
  • \n
  • Exposure to GenAI, NLP, and conversational AI solutions.
