Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of wind portfolio \n
- Opportunities for professional growth in the renewable energy industry \n\n
- Lead execution of utility-scale wind projects from NTP to COD & HOTO. \n
- Manage multi-site wind project portfolio across TN, KA, MH & RJ. \n
- Ensure adherence to project baseline schedule, cost plan, and contractual milestones. \n
- Develop integrated Master Project Schedule (Primavera/MSP). \n
- Conduct weekly portfolio reviews with site teams. \n
- Establish standardized project reporting dashboards for management. \n
- Interface with WTG OEMs (SGRE, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.). \n
- Govern EPC contractors across cBOP / eBOP / crane packages. \n
- Ensure timely approvals for charging and commissioning. \n
- Identify execution bottlenecks early. \n
- Prepare mitigation & acceleration plans. \n
- Monitor project CAPEX and cash flow forecasts. \n
- Support budgeting, cost optimization, and variation control. \n
- Validate contractor billing and milestone certification \n
- Lead audits, NCR closure and root cause reviews \n
- Ensure documentation closure and asset stabilization. \n\n
- - Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering \n
- MBA / PGDM / Project Management certification preferred \n
- Overall 12-18 years of experience in Renewable Energy Projects \n
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Wind Project Execution \n
- Experience handling multi-state wind portfolio \n
- Prior exposure with IPPs / OEMs / EPC players preferred \n
- Multi-site team leadership \n
- Strong stakeholder management \n
- Decision making under execution pressure \n
- Contractor governance capability \n
- Cross-functional coordination
