- Talent Pipe lining: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. \n
- Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact, providing an outstanding candidate experience that reflects client's culture and values. \n
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of tech trends and talent market dynamics to advise the recruitment team and hiring managers. \n\n
- Proven experience in sourcing technical profiles of at-least 3 years \n
- Strong knowledge of the main technology domains (, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture, E-commerce Platforms, Devops, Applications). \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing sourcing funnels. \n
- Proficiency in English.
