Scale up the organization, build teams, and design the Org Structure
\n- Put structure to and implement HR practices in the corporate setup as well as the manufacturing unit
\n- Handle Employee Relations and Payroll
\n- Start as an Individual Contributor and build your own team
\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful candidate for this role should have:

6-14 years of experience
\n-
Experience in a 0-1 or 1-10 journey of a startup
\n- Hands-on ability and acumen in solving problems
\n- Ability to work in dynamic setups
