- MBA from Tier-1 college batches only). \n
- Demonstrated experience as brand manager within the personal care category. \n
- Must have handled P&L of the brand with complete ownership. \n
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \n
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and data analysis software. \n
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \n
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
