    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • MBA from Tier-1 college batches only).

  • Demonstrated experience as brand manager within the personal care category.

  • Must have handled P&L of the brand with complete ownership.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and data analysis software.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
