\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CSDM Architecture & Development
\nDesign and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Asset Management.
\nDevelop CSDM-aligned CMDB architectures, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and governance.
\nCreate custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance ServiceNow s ITOM & ITAM capabilities.
\nOptimize ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping for multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
\n2. Hands-On Development & Platform Engineering
\nDevelop advanced ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
\nAutomate IT operations using ServiceNow Orchestration, PowerShell, Python, and cloud-native solutions.
\nEnhance IT Asset Management (HAM, SAM) to optimize software license usage and compliance.
\nEnsure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability of ServiceNow implementations
\n3. CMDB Governance & Data Quality
\nEstablish and maintain CSDM best practices, aligning CMDB with business services and IT operations.
\nImplement data validation rules, reconciliation processes, and integration strategies to maintain CMDB accuracy.
\nWork closely with stakeholders to optimize ServiceNow data models for operational intelligence.
\n4. Integration & Automation
\nDevelop robust API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party ITOM/ITAM tools, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
\nAutomate service workflows using Event Management, AI Ops, and predictive analytics.
\nOptimize ITOM health dashboards and reporting to provide real-time insights into IT infrastructure.
\n5. Continuous Improvement & Technical Leadership
\nEvaluate and implement emerging ServiceNow capabilities, such as AI-driven automation and ITOM Predictive Intelligence.
\nDrive continuous platform optimization, reducing technical debt and improving service delivery.
\nCollaborate with internal teams to define best practices, coding standards, and performance tuning techniques.
\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:
\n12+ years of software engineering experience, with 6+ years in ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CSDM development.
\nExpert-level proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, PowerShell, Python).
\nDeep understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, IT Asset Lifecycle Management, and Discovery.
\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT monitoring tools.
\nStrong knowledge of ITIL framework, ITOM automation, and event correlation techniques.
\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow MID Servers, Web Services, and Flow Designer.
\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITOM, ITAM, or CSDM preferred.
\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
