Position: Relationship Manager - MFD Activations
\n Experience: 2+ years
\n Location: Bangalore
\n Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays are working in accordance to the team work)

Role Overview:
\nDrive MFD partner onboarding by building relationships, activating distributors on Volt Money's platform, and enabling them to offer loan against mutual funds to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
\n1. Partner Relationship Development -
\n%CF; Make outbound calls to MFDs to introduce Volt Money and DSP Finance partnership
\n%CF; Build strong relationships through regular engagement and understand distributor business needs
\n%CF; Position loan against mutual funds as a value-added service for their clients
\nActivation & Onboarding
\n%CF; Guide MFDs through complete activation process with documentation and demo sessions
\n%CF; Educate partners on products, commission structure, and B2B2C model
\n%CF; Address queries and follow up to ensure successful activation completion
\n2. Product Consultation
\n%CF; Explain loan products, terms, and customer benefits to MFD partners
\n%CF; Train partners on positioning loans against mutual funds to their client base
\n%CF; Share success stories to demonstrate partnership value
\n3. Tracking & Reporting
\n%CF; Maintain accurate records in CRM (LeadSquared/Salesforce)
\n%CF; Track activation pipeline, conversion rates, and partner engagement
\n%CF; Provide regular reports on activation targets and achievements
\nQualifications
\nEducation: Bachelor's degree (Finance/Business/Commerce preferred)
\nExperience: 2-4 years in relationship management, sales, or partner activation; financial services/fintech experience preferred
\nKey Skills
\n%CF; Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus
\n%CF; Understanding of mutual fund distribution and loan products
\n%CF; Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities
\n%CF; Proficient in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
\n%CF; Strong problem-solving and consultative approach
\nPerformance Metrics:
\n%CF; Daily outbound calls and connection rates
\n%CF; Monthly MFD activations completed
\n%CF; Conversion rate from contact to activation
\n%CF; CRM data quality and target achievement
