- 4-8 years of experience post BTech/MBA from a tier 1 institute \n
- Experience in handling CAPEX as a category \n\n
- Develop and implement effective CAPEX sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals \n
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and delivery terms \n
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage \n
- Oversee procurement operations while ensuring compliance with company policies \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges \n
- Manage contracts and build long-term relationships with key suppliers \n
- Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities \n
- Ensure timely and efficient sourcing of materials to support production needs \n\n
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field \n
- Proven expertise in procurement and sourcing within the industry \n
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills \n
- Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiation \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders \n
- Experience in optimising procurement processes and achieving cost efficiencies
