Manager - HR Tech Platform Delivery
Job Description
As a Manager/ Deputy General Manager, the role requires an HR IT Specialist to possess both core HR domain expertise and experience in implementing IT projects within specific HR functions. As a specialist, the incumbent would bridge the gap between HR processes and IT systems, ensuring that technology solutions align with HR needs.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR process requirements, collaborating with HR COEs and vendors to identify business needs and develop solutions, including stakeholder management and communication
\n- Proactively identify opportunities and new technology for process improvement and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating best practices
\n- Create comprehensive domain solutions that align with COE goals, balancing technical feasibility with a focus on user-centric design
\n- Act as the project manager leading the implementation of HR technology solutions and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
\n- Liaison between HR and IT team for HR process implementation
\n- Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of products, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
\n- Create documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing use of product
\n- Functional POC for all HR Information Systems and transformation processes, supporting Business HR process SPOCs for process execution. Functional Areas: Emp Data Management, Goal Setting, Performance Management, 360 Degree Survey, Talent, Learning, Compensation and Recruitment processes.
\n- High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information)
\nWho are we looking for?
\nEducation:
\nBachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
\nExperience:
\n5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Industry/ Consulting
\nBackground in Core HR will be a plus
\nKnowledge & Skills:
\n- \n
- At least 4-5 years of experience in implementation and support of HRIS systems. \n
- Experience in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. \n
- Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable. \n
- Understanding of the employee life cycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation. \n
