\n NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad.

\nMandatory Skill Set:
\n- 6 – 12 years of experience \n
- Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain, with a strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational support. \n
- Incident & Problem Management: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. \n
- Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams. \n
- Change & Release Support: Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning. \n
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, particularly for regulated healthcare workflows. \n
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements \n
- Understanding of registration, benefits verification, and pre‑service processes \n
- Skills supporting eligibility transactions (270/271), coverage discovery \n
- Ability to maintain payment systems, PCI‑compliant workflows, reconciliation \n
- Troubleshooting kiosks, check‑in tools, patient identification devices \n
- Experience with scanning/indexing of registration documents \n
- Integration of PA systems with EMR, billing, scheduling, and financial systems \n
- Experience working with Patient Access systems like HealthQuest, PatientSecure, WorldView and other similar application \n
