About the Role \n

We are a premium wedding photography and videography studio specializing in luxury South Asian weddings, destination celebrations, and high-end multi-day events across Australia and internationally.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Wedding Photographer with a proven track record in luxury Indian weddings and a strong editorial storytelling style. This is not a traditional event photography role focused on documentation. We are seeking a creative professional who can craft meaningful visual narratives, create emotionally compelling imagery, and deliver a world-class client experience.

The ideal candidate has experience working with premium wedding studios, high-net-worth clients, celebrity weddings, and large-scale destination celebrations. You should possess a strong artistic eye, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build genuine rapport with couples and families throughout their wedding journey.

Key Responsibilities
Wedding Photography & Storytelling\n

• Capture luxury weddings and destination events with a strong editorial and storytelling approach
\n
• Create emotionally driven, cinematic imagery that reflects the unique story of each couple
\n
• Lead photography coverage across multi-day South Asian wedding celebrations
\n
• Capture candid moments, portraits, family formals, ceremonies, receptions, and cultural events
\n
• Deliver photography that exceeds premium client expectations
\n

Client Experience\n

• Build strong relationships with couples and families throughout the planning and wedding process
\n
• Understand each client's vision and translate it into a unique visual experience
\n
• Guide clients confidently during portraits and key photography moments
\n
• Deliver a polished, premium, and highly professional client experience from start to finish
\n

Creative Collaboration\n

\n
• Collaborate closely with videographers, planners, stylists, and vendors
\n
• Coordinate seamlessly during complex multi-day wedding productions
\n
• Contribute creative ideas and elevate overall production quality
\n

Editing & Post Production\n

\n
• Edit and retouch images to a premium editorial standard
\n
• Maintain a consistent luxury photography style
\n
• Deliver final galleries within established turnaround times
\n
• Manage image selection, organization, backups, and digital archives
\n

Travel & Event Coverage\n

\n
• Travel domestically and internationally for destination weddings and assignments
\n
• Adapt quickly to different venues, lighting conditions, cultures, and production environments
\n
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Required Qualifications \n

\n
• 4+ years of professional wedding photography experience
\n
• Proven experience photographing luxury Indian weddings and multi-day South Asian celebrations
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial, storytelling, and luxury wedding photography
\n
• Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Lightroom
\n
• Adobe Photoshop
\n
• Professional camera systems, lenses, and lighting equipment
\n
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
\n
• Strong client-facing experience with premium clientele
\n
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable working under pressure during large-scale events
