- Seeking a CFO to drive strategy and streamline operations \n
- This role is ideal for a CA with 15+ years of PQE in the retail sector \n\n
- Lead and manage the financial strategy for the organisation \n
- Oversee Fund raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Planning, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial reporting processes. \n
- Ensure compliance with internal controls. \n
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability. \n
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections. \n
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. \n
- Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital management. \n
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance. \n\n
- Chartered Accountant - Mandatory \n
- 15+ years of Post qualification experience \n
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management. \n
- Experience in the business services sector, preferably within the retail industry. \n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. \n
- A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
